You don't need to own a Rotech to use our services

For many years at Rotech we have been supplying coding consumables for a wide range of coding machines from bench top brands such a Zebra, Datamax and TEC, to online coders such as Allen, Open Date and Markem. Whether the requirement has been to improve the quality of print or to reduce costs, our comprehensive range of hot foil tape and type and thermal transfer ribbons and printheads has always provided the answer.

Just recently we were asked to overhaul some Allen 4ACC offline carton printers. As we supply the more common spare parts for these machines such a pusher plates, top plates, belts and motor gears, we were happy to help, in some cases having to diagnose faults with the machines that prevented them from running correctly.

We pride ourselves on offering a response time that is often shorter than a machine's manufacturer and are often able to diagnose faults over the phone, giving a customer the choice of whether to carry out a repair in house or to ask us to visit.
